Nidhi Niharika is a parenting resource built for parents — especially mothers — who feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and worry their child is "falling behind." Rather than pushing more academics, the brand offers a different starting point: conscious, child-led parenting for the early years (0–5), rooted in everyday moments rather than worksheets and screens.
Founded by Nidhi Niharika, the brand creates digital guides and story-based resources — including the Unlearning School Guide, focused on learning through play and daily life in the 0–5 years window — that give parents practical, trustworthy alternatives to highly academic early childhoods.
Nidhi Niharika began with a simple question I started asking myself after becoming a mother: “Do we really have to raise our children the way we were told to?”
As I navigated motherhood, I found myself questioning many of the things we often accept as unquestionable — how early children need to start learning, how much we need to teach them, screen habits, routines, independence and the constant pressure to make childhood productive. I started researching, experimenting and choosing a more intentional way of raising my own daughter.
Nidhi Niharika is an extension of that journey — a space where I share what I’m learning, what I’m unlearning, and practical resources that help other parents raise their children with more connection, curiosity and confidence.
